We comply with all state and federal laws regarding the sale and shipment of wine. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and customers will be notified of any shipping restrictions or delays. An adult (21+) signature is required upon delivery. We currently ship via FEDEX and do not ship to every state.
Return & Exchange Policy
At SECOND BEST WINERY, LLC, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy to understand your options and feel confident in your purchase.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the product or issue a refund where appropriate. Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles unless they are defective.
