At Second Best Winery, we are committed to providing excellent service and high-quality products. Our goal is to ensure every customer has a positive experience with our wines and with our team.
Customer Care
We value each customer and strive to make your experience enjoyable and memorable. Our staff is available to answer questions about our wines, events, and services. We welcome feedback and are dedicated to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.
Customer Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share your personal information with outside parties. Information collected during purchases or mailing list sign-ups will only be used to process orders, ship products, and provide updates about our winery.
Shipping
We comply with all state and federal laws regarding the sale and shipment of wine. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and customers will be notified of any shipping restrictions or delays. An adult (21+) signature is required upon delivery. We currently do not ship to every state.
Returns
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the product or issue a refund where appropriate. Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles unless they are defective.
